My Hobbies:
Spending time with Chandler, reading, watching movies, playing video games/board games/card games, playing guitar, anything that involves a group of people. My favorite food is any Mexican dish or spicy chicken sandwiches.
My Family:
Chandler, my wonderful wife, and Arlo, our young miniature dachshund puppy. We enjoy playing card games together, trying new restaurants, going on walks, and watching movies together. I love when we go to a museum or spend the evening in.
My Education:
My undergraduate degree is in Preaching and Youth Ministry from Johnson University; I also have my masters degree in Strategic Ministry from Johnson University. I felt God leading me into ministry when I was in high school. I wanted some more experience and education before being hired at a church, so I pursued my masters with JU in partnership with Christ's Church of the Valley in Phoenix, AZ. Their residency program allowed me to be in ministry while also pursuing my masters degree. I completed the program in April 2021.
My Passions:
I am passionate about sharing Jesus with everyone, especially students. I love seeing students take next steps in their faith; I am driven by the words from Hebrews 12:1-2, of running the race of faith with endurance. I serve at CCC because God truly is transforming and changing lives! I love the people here at CCC.
